Electronic tickets, or e-tickets allow passenger to travel without a paper ticket. An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record. The only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer system. When you buy e-tickets from TurkishPortal.com, a confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you via e-mail. E-tickets are currently available on many airlines including America West, American Airlines, ATA, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Lufthansa, Midwest Express, National Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Turkish Airlines, TWA, United Airlines, and US Airways. All segments of your trip must be flown on the same airline in order to qualify for e-tickets. Note that e-tickets may not be available for the flights of an airline. We always issue e-Tickets whenever allowed by the airlines.

There is a small number of airlines for whom TurkishPortal.com is currently not able to supply tickets. This list may change periodically. Southwest is one of these airlines.
Right now, TurkishPortal.com allows you to enter your frequent flyer and frequent guest plan numbers. The current version of TurkishPortal.com is not able to process free ticket options or car upgrades from frequent flyer programs. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are researching ways to handle these options for future versions of TurkishPortal.com.
When you supply us with your credit card, we pass that number to the hotel. Your hotel reservation will be held until the date and time you indicated that you would check in. If you cancel your trip or decide to stay elsewhere, you must cancel your hotel reservation or the hotel may impose a "no-show" charge.
